CORONA, CA, September 29, 2008 - Myers Power Products. Inc announces the acquisition of the assets of the Magnetek TPS product line for the Telecom market from Magnetek (NYSE: MAG).

Myers Power Products, Inc., has been a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of power supplies, transformers, lighting inverters, battery backup systems, electrical cabinets, and medium and low voltage switchgear for the electrical industry for 60 years; this acquisition represents an exciting addition to the Myers Group of products for the telecom and wireless markets.

The TPS line of products will be manufactured at our Myers West Coast facility in Corona, California.
