ONTARIO, CA, MAY 17, 2017 – Myers Controlled Power, LLC through its affiliate FVR Acquisition, LLC (“Myers”), announces the acquisition of the Square D FVR Medium Voltage Outdoor Substation Circuit Breaker product line from Schneider Electric. The acquired product line will be relocated over the next 120 days from its existing West Chester, Ohio, location into the Myers North Canton, Ohio, operations, which currently manufactures Medium Voltage switchgear, Circuit Breakers and related products in its 180,000 SqFt. Facility.

This acquisition represents a key step forward for the Myers Group in expanding its current Circuit Breaker offering by adding the manufacture, sale and service of Square D air-insulated outdoor FVR substation circuit breaker line with ratings of 600A to 4000A continuous current and voltage ratings from 15KV to 38 KV.
